Headquartered in Gillette, WY, Barron was founded in 2017 by Cole Wandler. After many years of leading historic preservation projects for firms throughout Arizona, North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming, Mr. Wandler founded Barron in his hometown of Gillette in order to provide his expertise to projects in the Rocky Mountain region. Barron offers industry-leading expertise for all manner of historic preservation and cultural resource management projects. We focus on clearance for oil, coal, transmission, and telecommunication projects under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. What sets Barron apart is our close working relationships with numerous federal and state agencies. We provide creative and cost-saving solutions to our clients by leveraging our reputation for good, thorough work with our government partners.
